Our patient is a 64-year-old woman who had a breast augmentation done in 1999.  She had 350 cc textured saline implants which were place on top of the muscle. Dr. Lille replaced her implants with 255 cc smooth round moderate profile silicone implants and placed them in a new pocket under the muscle and did a full breast lift. She had a fantastic outcome and is thrilled with the results!
