Our patient is a 54-year-old woman who came to us with aged implants.  She had a breast augmentation in 2007.  She had 450 cc moderate profile plus silicone implants and had been noticing changes, they seem misshapen and firmer, especially on the left side. She had a bilateral implant exchange with a capsulectomy and pocket revision on the left because she had a ruptured left implant which caused a capsular contracture..

She now has 425 cc moderate profile plus silicone implants. She had an excellent outcome and is thrilled with the results!
