Our patient is a 50-year-old woman with two children. She came to see us with 25-year-old overfilled saline implants. Over time and after having her children her skin relaxed, and her breast skin lost its elasticity. She became very self-conscious of how she looked. She required a full breast lift, and we exchanged her saline implants with silicone. She has 300 cc smooth rounds moderate profile plus silicone implants. She had an incredible outcome and is thrilled with her results!
