This is a 45 year old woman, 5’4″, 128 lbs., who had 13 year old silicone implants and recurring capsular contracture. Because of her history of previous capsular contracture, Dr. Lille recommended the use of Strattice Tissue Matrix over her new sub-pectoral silicone implants. She has 400 cc Mentor Moderate plus profile implants. She is currently 11 months post-op with no signs of capsular contracture.
