Patient is a 38-year-old with three children presenting with flank/hip fat, loose abdominal skin with weak abdominal wall and descent of the pubic area. Patient underwent a flank/hip Vaser Liposelection, upper abdominal fat contouring and upper abdominal wall tightening along with abdominal skin removal and pubic area contouring and lift.
